Billi Integrated Systems began in 1990 as a division of Sheringham Investments, a family-owned Australian company established for over 20 years.

In 2007 ‘Billi Integrated Systems’ changed its name to ‘Billi Pty Ltd’. The firm maintains a commitment to provide a high level of product satisfaction and support to all of our clients, retailers, architects, distributors and installers. A complete after-sales backup service continues as a priority.

While developing and supplying a premier range of products, Billi strives to continually improve and update its product range and welcomes every opportunity to assist customers in appreciating the quality features and benefits available in our products.

BILLI GOALS & ACHIEVEMENTS

Billi’s entrance into the boiling and chilled water market in the early 1990’s heralded a significant breakthrough in the requirement to provide instant filtered boiling and chilled drinking water.

With an uncompromising resolve to retain all qualities of boiling water, Billi identified the shortcomings of existing appliances of the day (such as urns, kettles and wall-mounted units) and were successful in developing a responsible, safe and attractive solution.

Incorporating a filtration system with the option of either boiling and ambient or chilled water, the widespread benefits of an underbench unit were immediately realized. The technology employed has flowed on to assist Billi in developing further breakthroughs in other areas of temperature controlled water supplies for both hand-washing and hot water service alternatives.

Billi began with a list of many ‘firsts’ (of which many are still unique to Billi):

  • Combined under-bench boiling and chilled water modules
  • Bench mounted boiling and chilled water dispenser
  • No cupboard ventilation required
  • Energy Reclaim System
  • No boiling water temperature drop-off

Benchmark for specific details included in Australian Standards AS 1428.1 - 1998: Design for Access and Mobility; and AS 1428.2 - 1992: Enhanced and additional requirements - Buildings and Facilities.
