As part of your redemption claim submission, you will be required to provide your proof of purchase to confirm the product is eligible. This includes the date of purchase, the model & serial number purchased, and the eligible product that has been paid in full.

Redemption is valid only for purchases of defined Billi systems included in the marketing materials associated with this promotion and/or listed on the Billi promotions webpage. A full list of applicable SKUs is outlined below.
Weber Baby Q BBQs must be redeemed via www.billi.com.au/promotions within 30 days of purchase. Final claims close 30 January 2027.
The promotional offer is for one (1) Weber Baby Q BBQ, valued at $419 RRP, with the purchase of an eligible Billi Quadra or OmniOne system during the Promotional Period.
Only one (1) Weber Baby Q BBQ may be claimed per eligible tax invoice.
Offer available while stocks last. Billi reserves the right to substitute the promotional product with an item of equal or greater value if required.
The offer is only available for eligible purchases made through participating Plumbing Plus member stores.Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise advised by Billi. Eligible purchases may also be registered for Billi’s Buy a Billi, Win a Billi Promotion, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Proof-of-purchase tax invoice, including product serial number verification where available, is required before redemption will be processed. Unfulfilled purchase orders, quotations or schedules of purchase will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
Billi reserves the right to request additional information, including proof of identity, where reasonably required to verify a claim
Billi reserves the right to reject or decline any redemption claim that is incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Billi respects the privacy of its customers and partners and will not act on behalf of the customer to request or independently source proof-of-purchase documentation from any distributing merchant, online or retail supplier. Billi reserves the right to verify documents already submitted by the redeeming purchaser with the relevant Plumbing Plus member store or supplier where required.
Redemption claims will be processed by Billi within 21 days of website submission, subject to successful verification. Approved Weber Baby Q BBQs will be dispatched monthly throughout the Promotion Period. Please allow additional time for delivery.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
