Find My Serial Number

HOW DO I LOCATE MY BILLI SERIAL NUMBER AND MODEL NUMBER?

We request the Serial Number for any job booking so we can maintain approrpiate customer records and a service history on the unit. Most importantly, this gives us total clarity that the serial number provided is the system our technician prioritises upon attendance.

There are 3 pretty straight forward ways to find your serial number and model number, all exist on the underbench chassis of the system and are explained below.

PRODUCT LABEL ON THE UNIT

The Model Number & Serial Number of the unit can be found on the PRODUCT LABEL that is affixed to the under bench systemm chassis. This product label is applied at the time of manufacture and can be found on the TOP PANEL, RIGHT HAND side of the system chassis.

LED SCREEN BILLI MONITOR

The unit's Serial Number can also be found on the first line of the LCD SCREEN, following MODEL. In this instance, the product model is a Quadra Compact (Cmpt) and it's serial number is Q04611876.

SILVER LABEL INSIDE THE UNIT

The Model and Serial Number of the unit can be found affixed to the inside of the under bench chassis, by accessing the front panel and looking at the left internal wall. You will see a SILVER PLAQUE with a clearly identifiable 'Model No.' and 'Serial No.' both in large lettering.
