3. Redemption period closes 31st October 2026, unless otherwise advised.
4. Redemption is limited to a quantity of one cashback claim & one bonus Billi filter per customer unless otherwise defined.
5. Customer can choose between a 5 Micron Filter – 994051 or a 0.2 Micron Filter- 994052 (recommended) .
6. Offer available while stocks last.
7. Bonus offers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefit.
8. This offer is only available on purchases made from Billi Approved Retailers that are actively promoting the offer. Purchases from clearance outlets, discount resellers, or products sold as seconds are not eligible for promotional offers, including redemptions, free installations, gifts or cash backs, unless otherwise stated. Eligibility of purchases made through Appliances Online should be checked before purchasing. Please refer to the promotional information available on the Appliances Online website.
9. If you are unsure whether a retailer is approved, please contact Billi before making your purchase.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised. Commercial quantities, project sales, or purchases made through Billi’s online web shop are ineligible.
11. A valid tax invoice including product serial number (where available) is required for all redemptions. Order confirmation emails,
    unfulfilled purchase orders, or schedules of purchase are not accepted. The purchase date on the final tax invoice will be recognised as the date of purchase.
12. Due to increased scam redemptions being received, Billi reserves the right to request additional information, such as proof of identity and verification of bank details, as deemed necessary to process the claim.
13. Cash back redemptions will be processed by Billi within 21 days of website submission and coordinated for payment within 30 days of redemption approval or as listed on marketing collateral unless otherwise specified. Peak promotion periods may result in delays with processing.
14. Billi accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected claims.
15. Billi reserves the right to reject or decline any redemption claim at any time.
16. Billi reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
17. Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, Billi is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this
    promotion.
18. Redemptions must be made by the customer and cannot be submitted by a retail store or any third party.
19. Billi will not request or obtain proof of purchase documents on behalf of the customer from any retailer or distributor. Billi may,
    however, verify documents provided by the customer with the retailer or distributor.

4. Redemption is limited to a quantity of one installation per installation address unless otherwise defined.
5. The offer is only available with purchases made with approved participating retailers.
6. Products purchased through any discount clearance centre or that have been advertised as seconds are ineligible for additional promotional offers including but not limited to redemptions, free installations, gifts and cash backs.

Billi respects the privacy of all our customers and partners, and as such will not act on behalf of the customer to request or independently source proof of purchase documentation, from any distributing merchant, online or retail supplier at any time. Billi does reserve it’s right to request verification of documents already submitted by the redeeming purchaser with the distributing merchant, online or retail supplier only after original provision by the redeeming purchaser.

FREE STANDARD INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the purpose of this promotion, Standard Installation applies to any eligible Billi system defined in the General Promotion Terms and Conditions, provided the installation requirements below are met.
Standard Installation will be carried out at a residential premises by a Billi accredited technician and is not transferable to other tradespeople and/or redeemable for cash.

Installation Requirements
• Standard Installation requires sufficient power and plumbing supply to be in place before the agreed installation date.
• Billi technicians will not be able to perform additional plumbing or electrical works outside of the standard installation. Any additional works must be completed by qualified tradespeople prior to installation, at the customer’s expense.
• Please refer to the relevant product Installation Guide and Data Sheet for full requirements (https://www.billi.com.au/technical-documents).
• Billi’s Multifunction Mixer Tap requires both a hot and cold-water point/ isolation value. The Underbench system will require an additional cold-water point. Billi recommends the Underbench system to be installed with its own isolation valve, however this may not be required in all cases. This should be discussed with your qualified installer.
• Failure to prepare the site as required will result in a callout fee for any and each re-attendance required.

Benchtop & Stone Limitations
Standard Installation does not include cutting granite, stone, or benchtops thicker than 48mm.
Due to new silica safety regulations, Billi technicians cannot perform cutting works on any stone material. Customers are responsible for engaging a qualified stonemason at their own expense if such modifications are required.
Font installations are not included in this offer and will be at an additional cost.

Parts & Materials
If extra parts (such as extension kits, replacement valves, or connections) are required during installation, these will be supplied at the customer’s expense.

Locations & Timing
Bonus Standard Installation is available in metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Canberra, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide, and Hobart.
Requests for installations outside these areas will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Installation must be completed within 12 months of approved redemption and no later than 30th August 2027.
Installation Lead Times:
Typical lead times for most areas are 2–4 weeks, however these may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
