Congratulations and thank you for your purchase of a new Billi Instantaneous Drinking Water System, we look forward to helping you install & commission your new system(s) as soon as possible.To ensure a smooth installation, please complete the Installation Authority Form and review our Terms & Conditions, including all applicable site service requirements and waivers.

**Please note that as of May 2023, we are unable to complete STONE BENCHTOP installations, due to the risks of Silicosis to staff & customers. We apologise for any inconvenience and recommend you contact a local stone mason or equivalent to provide any benchtop cutting.

Max. file size: 256 MB.
Serial number is found on small sticker on the top of the underbench module or a large silver plaque on the inside of the module, where the filter is housed. The serial number starts with a letter followed by up to 10 numbers eg A 03 61 23456

Site Requirement Checklist*
Please ensure the above are in place before the Billi unit is scheduled for installation. --- Standard installation DOES NOT include the cutting or penetrations of any type of stone bench tops, nor bench tops that are greater than 48mm in thickness. This will be at an additional cost to the end-user customer. --- Power and water to be ready for connection at final install location, please refer to product install guide for further information. *****Any additional electrical or plumbing requirements outside the standard requirements for a Billi unit will be at the customer’s expense.***** Installation Plumbing Requirements for Billi’s Multifunction Mixer Tap For the installation of your Billi Multifunction Mixer Tap, please note the following: A domestic Cold and Hot mains supply via separate ½” BSP (15mm) stop-taps must be pre-installed in an easily accessible position. The underbench system requires an additional ½” BSP (15mm) stop-tap, bringing the total to three stop-taps. All stop-taps must be pre-installed by a licensed plumber before a Billi technician can be booked to install and commission your new Billi unit.

Stone Bench Top Policy*
MAY 2023 - due to the recognised health risks associated with the cutting of manufactured stone benchtops, including, but not limited to Silicosis, Billi Australia will no longer be offering this service. The long term safety & wellbeing of our customers & staff remain our priority.
