Sparkling French 75 with a Billi Twist

The French 75 is a classic cocktail usually made with gin and champagne and is traditionally close to a whopping 3 standard drinks. But with Billi’s Instant Sparkling Water systems, you can give this cocktail an Australian twist while lowering the ABV a bit. Our dispensers allow you to add just the right amount of fizz to your drink, making it a delightful alternative to champagne.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• Billi’s sparkling water
• Lemon twist, for garnish

Method:

1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
3. Top up with Billi’s sparkling water and garnish with a lemon twist.

Billi’s New Year’s Eve Spritz

A spritz is always a crowd-pleaser and making it with Billi’s sparkling water adds an extra layer of freshness. These can also be deceptively strong and with home measures getting a little loose, if you’re planning to have more than one drink this New Year’s we recommend subbing the sparkling wine for sparkling water.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 3 oz of Billi sparkling water for a less-alcoholic version
• 1 oz Aperol
• Orange slice, for garnish

Method:

1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add gin and Aperol.
3. Top with Billi’s sparkling water.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.

Americano with a Sparkling Twist

For a cocktail with a bit of history, the Americano is your go-to. It’s usually made with Campari, sweet vermouth, and club soda so using Billi’s instant sparkling water is a no-brainer.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet vermouth
• Billi’s sparkling water
• Orange slice or twist, for garnish

Method:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add Campari and sweet vermouth.
3. Top with Billi’s sparkling water.
4. Garnish with an orange slice or twist.
