Failure to prepare the site for the agreed date will incur a standard callout fee for any and each re-attend(s) required. --- Standard installation does not include installations on granite or natural stone bench tops or bench tops that are greater than 48mm in thickness. This will be at an additional cost. --- Power and water to be ready for connection at final install location, please refer to product install guide for further information. *****Any additional electrical or plumbing requirements outside the standard requirements for a Billi unit will be at the customer’s expense.***** ****Installation Plumbing Requirements for Billi’s Multifunction Mixer Tap: For the installation of your Billi Multifunction Mixer Tap, please note the following: A domestic Cold and Hot mains supply via separate ½” BSP (15mm) isolation valves must be pre-installed in an easily accessible position. The under bench system requires an additional Cold mains supply ½” BSP (15mm) isolation valves, bringing the total to three isolation valves. All isolation valves must be pre-installed by a licensed plumber before a Billi technician can be booked to install and commission your new Billi unit. Billi recommends the underbench system to be installed with it's own isolation valve, however this may not be required in all cases. This should be discussed with your qualified installer.****

I accept that Billi's Installation Policy states that NO stone cutting services will take place and if stone cutting is required this will be taken care of by me BEFORE a Billi technician attends the site to complete the installation.
