In late 2020 Billi had the pleasure of working with La Botanique on their commercial kitchen design. Located in Botany, Sydney La Botanique is a multi-functional production, catering and event space designed by celebrity chef Manu Feildel.
The venue contains a commercial grade kitchen, a studio/event space, a home-style filming kitchen, a bar area, supported by a green room/make-up room/production room and wardrobe space.?
When designing their commercial kitchen, La Botanique was after a water dispenser that would have multiple functions, not only for drinking and entertaining, but for food preparation such as washing vegetables, boiling water for cooking and more. It also had to fit in with the overall kitchen design and have space saving solutions.

The water system has instant boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water with XL levered dispenser. The XL levered dispenser is streamlined and elegant. It is simply operated with position-sensitive levers and an easy-to-use safety switch.
The Billi Quadra Sparkling 460 was able to satisfy all of La Botanique’s demands. Manu Feildel said “It was definitely a great solution to space saving. As a commercial business in hospitality, it was an obvious solution to saving bench space. We had a sparkling water maker, and we did not have to buy a fridge. Aesthetically, it was perfect for our bar area.”
