As part of this next chapter, the business has also evolved its leadership structure to support its future ambitions.

We would like to acknowledge and thank Guy Nicholls for his contribution to Billi over the past 18 months. During his time with the business, Guy played an important role in supporting growth, strengthening the organisation and helping position Billi for future success. We wish him every success in his next chapter.

We are also pleased to welcome Rachel Pallett back to the business as CEO of Billi Global Group. Having previously been part of the Billi journey, Rachel brings a deep understanding of the business, our customers and our growth opportunities. Her return provides continuity, experience and strong leadership as we continue to build on the momentum already achieved.
