This involves our technicians visiting regularly to both service the unit and replace the filters. In the middle is our Silver plan, where our technicians perform the filter replacements. For the DIY-capable, we offer the Blue plan wherein we post you a drinking water replacement filter and you install it yourself (using the instructions available on our website).
